Q. How do you claim a Return or Replacement of the Product?

To claim a return or replacement, email us at support@hueandhues.com within 5 days of delivery with an unboxing video, photos, and the original packaging. We’ll handle everything else!

Unboxing Video & Photos Required
• Provide unboxing video, product photos, and original packaging for returns.
• Requests without these will not be accepted.

Return/Replacement Claim Timeline
• Claim a return/replacement within 5 days of delivery.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products
• Submit a claim within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide unboxing video, defect images, and original packaging.
• We will reprint and ship a new product.

Lost in Transit
• A refund will be issued once the shipping status confirms the lost item.

Delayed Delivery
• No delivery attempt within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface).
• We will reproduce and reship the product.
• Or provide a refund.

Package Damage at Delivery
• If the package is damaged, note damage in courier’s delivery remarks. This will help us to claim a refund from the courier service.
